What is the minimum?
Our minimum opening order is $500 and at least 12 per sku.  Reorders are $250.

What is the lead time?
The lead time is generally about 5-7 business days once your label is created.

Is there a set up fee?
No, we do not have a set up fee.

How long have you been in business?

20 years.

Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are manufactured in the United States.

How do I place my first order?
You can place your order over the phone, fax or via email.

How does your private process work?
We can work with you to figure out which products will work best for your business model. Once you choose your products and bottles, we create a quote for you to approve.  We charge a 50% deposit you can send us your logo to create a label or we send you the label template.  Once the label is complete, we generally ship your opening order out within 5-7 business days.

What about rush orders? 
We do our very best to send your rush order out same day or next day.

How do I choose the products to start with?

Our product specialists can help you with product selection.

Can you tell me a little bit about your company?
Our company was started to bring highly active cosmeceutical formulations to salons, spas, and medical offices. Our founder has over 20 successful years in the professional skincare market.  Our products are sold nationwide and in a few foreign countries. We have made private label easy and effortless. Global Beauty Private Label is a company completely dedicated to your satisfaction and we aim to build solid relationships one customer at a time.

Can I provide you with our own label and if we do, do we get a discount?
Yes, you can provide us with your label.  Unfortunately, we do not give a discount.

Can you design a logo for me?
No, we do not create logos. You can contract with an independent graphic designer to create a logo and supply to us in vector format.

What file format does my logo need to be?
Logos should be supplied to Global Beauty in vector format. If at all possible supply us with an EPS or Adobe Illustrator file. If that is not available, we will do our best with your JPG but the results may be less than satisfactory and you will be advised of that.

Can I add barcodes to my labels?
Yes, just send us your barcodes and we will add to your label.

What information must appear on the labels?
An identity statement, an accurate statement of the net quantity of contents. The following information must appear on an information panel: name and place of business, distributor statement, material facts, warning and caution statement, ingredients. Call our product specialists for more information or a further explanation of labeling requirements.

Does the product ship with the labels applied? 

Yes, we ship with your products with labels applied.

How do you ship my order?
We ship orders via UPS.

What forms of payment to you accept?
All major credit cards.

Do you drop ship?
No, we do not drop ship.  

What do I do if something is damaged?
Call us as soon as you can. We understand that unforeseen events can happen. We want you to be 100% satisfied.

Do you have marketing materials available?

Yes, all products have data sheets. 

Do you test on animals?
No, we do not test any of our ingredients on animals. We are certified through the Coalition for Consumer Information on Cosmetics (CCIC).

Are your skincare products certified organic?
No, our organic line has organic ingredients that range from 40% to 70%, but they are not certified organic.

Can I change the name of the products?
Yes.

Can I change the product descriptions?
Yes.
